About Margarita

I’ve spent decades designing products and systems for real people and real environments, including high performance settings.
I’ve also lived with years of highly sensitive energy, dysregulation, and long term stress in my own system, and I could not find an approach that calmed my mind and body in a way that lasted over time.
So I created the Somatic Calm Year™ and the Somatic Calm Reframe Method™ that invites energetic shifts, stays gentle and builds gradually, instead of hitting your system all at once.
This method brings together years of experience across design, communication, psychology, meditation, and energy-based practices into a practical, grounded process designed to create lasting transformation.
I’m a mother of two, I’ve lived abroad, and I know what ongoing sensitivities can do to your mind and body.
I also understand that when life is full, finding time for sessions can be challenging. This is built to fit busy days, even when you cannot be consistent.
Groundwork of the Mind Body Somatic Calm Reframe Method™
This work began because I needed my system to calm in a way that lasted
Throughout my life, I hid how I was feeling inside. I felt uncomfortable in my own body. My mind was filled with negative chatter, I had nightmares, and my body was stuck in chronic fight, flight, or freeze. I was bullied at work, and over time I began to notice this pattern repeating in different ways. I did not understand why I seemed to attract this kind of behavior from certain people, but I knew I needed to look at what was happening within me and within my system.
As I began to understand more, I came to see that when a system has been shaped by stress, fear, dysregulation, or survival, it matches to or attracts certain energies and patterns from other people and situations. These patterns are often rooted in underlying belief structures your system has learned and adapted to over time. The body also stops functioning at its best under that kind of pressure, which over time can lead to pain, swelling, sensitivity, fatigue, and nervous system overload.
I realized I wasn’t the only one living this way.
Many people are not born into stable, regulated conditions. Their system adapts early, however it can, and often without choice. They begin with dysregulated energy and adapt in order to function. Not because they are “too sensitive,” but because their system learned from the knowledge and information it had.
Genetics play a role. Family patterns and history play a role. Environment plays a role. Energy plays a role.
For many people, effort and insight can only go so far. Trying harder does not work when a system is already dysregulated. Understanding what is going on, without knowing how to reframe energy, can create even more overwhelm and continue patterns that do not feel safe, supportive, or stable.
This is why this work was created: to help individuals settle and calm their system, feel more comfortable and safe within themselves, and create different patterns in what they experience, especially when they have been running on overload for too long.
